Doraemon 100 Cafe began baking its handmade bread in Kyoto, Japan in 1989. With its increasing success and popularity, bread has now become a huge part of the Japanese culture.Doraemon Cafe has always insisted on being 100% handmade with the highest quality ingredients which are directly imported from Japan. Each loaf is made with 81 folds of bread and margarine, resulting in a soft center and crispy crust.
